1) Introduction Call: (~30 minutes) We will get to know one another, discuss what your goals are and or what problems you are looking for help with, and ensure your situation matches with our expertise. You will leave the call knowing what the process looks like, our role as your financial planner, and answer any additional questions you have.

2) Get Organized Meeting: (60-90 minutes) Prior to this meeting, we will work with you in organizing the information necessary to properly evaluate your financial picture. During this meeting we will dive into the specifics about your finances, look for opportunities to optimize your investments, lower your future taxes, identify financial planning opportunities, and answer any additional questions you may have. From here we will have a proposal with the services and pricing that makes the most sense for you.

Pause and Review: During this step we encourage you to review and think over the process thus far.

Engagement Letter: When ready clients will sign an agreement which formally establishes and defines the client-advisor relationship.

(Optional) If you are opting to have us manage your investment accounts, we will begin transferring assets to Charles Schwab or Altruist.

3) Goal Strategizing & Plan Implementation: (60-90 minutes) During this meeting we will continue to develop the plan summary from the second meeting with an action plan that we will help you implement. This action plan will help you organize and prioritize your most pressing tasks in your financial life, gain clarity on your financial goals, and we will help you implement them where possible and as needed.

4) Ongoing Support: After the plan is implemented, we will typically have two formal review meetings per year, quarterly report updates, an annual tax planning review, and continue to revise the financial plan as life changes occur. Ad hoc calls or on-demand meetings are also welcome as any financially related items come up or perk your interest.
