The Planning Process

A complimentary brief phone or video call (Zoom).

The goal here is to get to know you, broadly discuss your financial goals and understand what you are looking for. We then share how we work with clients so you can know if we are the right fit.

If we are not, we can refer you to the right place.

In this complimentary meeting we get a clear understanding of where you are now. Using our financial planning software RightCapital you can quickly and easily add your pertinent investment information for review. We also will get a better understanding of your short and long-term financial goals and your values

During this meeting we will be able to show you how we can help you implement strategies to improve your odds of reaching your goals, where we can help you optimize your investments, and identify tax-planning opportunities.

We will have a proposal with services and pricing based on your financial picture’s complexity.

We start implementing your financial plan of action focused on your goals, your investments, and tax strategies.

(Optional) If your preference is to delegate the management of your investment accounts to us, we will begin the onboarding process and transfer these account(s) to Charles Schwab.

Our initial planning focus is centered on your financial goals, optimizing your investments, and tax planning strategies. We continue to help you stay on top of these focal points.

As we continue the planning process, follow up planning sessions incorporate estate planning, insurance recommendations, and income strategies, all based on each client’s unique situation.

Clients typically have two formal review meetings per year. We make revisions to your financial plan, review your investments and look for tax planning opportunities, review your estate plan, insurance, and company benefits.
